So enjoyed creating this Celtic cross.
Decided to put 2 verses from Numbers. The verses seemed just TOOOO long, until I had this cunning plan.

I even had room for my wee man.

My First Commission

My first commission was for a door numberplate. I wanted to add the number in pyrography, but they wanted the shiney metal number to be added to the disk.

To protect it from the weather I added 3 coats of varnish.

There is a bible verse on the back, which won't be seen by callers. But I always think hidden messages are a great thing to find in years to come.

Easter Swapportunity

An on-line community that I take part in are having an Easter Swapportunity, swapping gifts with each other.

I made these two wooden eggs to travel south to Jill. I forgot to photograph them first, Jill very kindly took pictures and emailed them back to me. Thank you Jill
